Depuis le lancement de ce projet, beaucoup d'efforts ont été déployés pour mobiliser les musulmans et les unir à travers nos quatre associations. Parallèlement, nous avons développé un excellent partenariat avec la municipalité, avec à sa tête monsieur le Député-maire Laurent Cathala, que nous remercions pour son soutien et son attachement à cette noble entreprise.
From the start of this project , many efforts were made to unite the Muslims in our city by bringing their organisations into one body : "The Union of the Muslim Associations of Creteil (UAMC)". In he meantime, we have also developed a strong relationship with our City Hall headed by MP Mayor Laurent Cathala whom we thank for his support and his dedication to this noble enterprise.
الجمعيات الإسلامية الثلاث المتواجدة بالمدينة. وهذه الجمعيات هي :
ـ المركز الاجتماعي الثقافي لمسلمي كريتاي،
ـ الجمعية الثقافية الإسلامية بـ "مون ميلي"،
ـ جمعية "رحمة"
وكان تأسيس هذا الاتحاد ثمرة تفكير عميق حول ضرورة وجود مسجد لائق لمسلمي كريتاي الذين ضاقت بهم أماكن الصلاة الحالية، ذات المساحة المحدودة.
إن هذا الاتحاد الممثل للجمعيات الإسلامية في المدينة هو المُخاطَب الوحيد تجاه السلطات المحلية، وهو الحامل لمشروع تأسيس مسجد مدينة كريتاي المرتقب.
